| Geez, I haven't even touched this bad boy since last year. Oh well. Quick run-down
- Deejay and I celebrated the "1 year" in January
- Doing okay in Dental School (at the very least, I'm still here!)
- Celebrated the "22" in March
- Rachael is almost 2
The Lakers are what prompted me to drop a line on the Xanga. I've
reluctantly been watching this team throughout the year struggling and
receiving criticism from everyone. Heck I was dissappointed in
their play several times throughout the year. But I must
say that this has been one of the most enjoyable things to watch sports
wise. This uber-young team with Kobe is growing up right in front
of our eyes, and today's win in OT with Kobe hitting 2 big shots (one
to tie in regulation and one to send it into overtime) had me rooting
crazily, just like the good 'ol days. The team has a whole has
just been playing great team basketball, and my hat goes off...LAKER
FANS FEELING YOU!!!

| Man it's been a while. I haven't written in Xanga since August. I still read blogs here and there, but I haven't been contributing.
So a quick over view of my life over the past couple of months
- Started Dental School @ LLU in Sept. Finished the my 1st quarter in Dec. Some hard stuff
- Baby sister is over a year and half now. She's absolutely hilarious
- Had over 30 people at my house for Christmas- what a zoo
- Ridgecrest, is still...
- Just when I thought there were no good movies this year (aside from Batman & Star Wars III) the Chronicles of Narnia came in and saved the day
- Deejay and I are almost at a year (man time flies)
- Now that I don't have to study, I've spent about 8 hours in the gym over these past 2 days- because I can

| Well finally, I am no longer a "bionical man" "freak" "6-million dollar man" "robot arm" whatever. I got my last splint off of my hand, and no one is the wiser that I had surgery, 2 casts and a splint since June 21st. I have a mean scar, but hopefully it'll eventually disappear.
I swear, when I had the casts on, I had to tell my story of injury&surgery probably over two or three thousand times. Especially when I was on my cruise. Seems like everyone would be like, "I've seen you around with that thing. I just HAVE to know the story." I'd think to myself...oh really you just HAVE to know the story? So I usually embellished a little from getting into fistfights, or saying Mike beat me up.
Eventually I settled on a beautiful story. A whale bit me. Haha. At first people immediately spotted my lie. But after about fifty or sixty times of telling it, I got pretty good at convincing people. Aiding me in my story was the fact that one of the major things to do in Alaska is to go in little tiny boats that whales could crush with one jump or one bite and watch them jump around. The moral of my hand eventually became, "Don't pet whales because they bite." Haha...good times. | | |
| It's been a while since I've been here. I came down to Riverside this weekend, and gonna hang with the bro and go to Trev's wedding on Sunday. I got to see Dean Kurts, today so that was pleasant. Going to go with them tomorrow to Lucille's for Mike T's birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE!!) Deejay left me for Spain. I hate him. | | |
